Company Dissolution Procedure

1. Log in the ag.ecitizen.go.ke

2. If you have account with e citizen use it to log in by clicking sign in

2b. If you don't have account with ecitizen click sign up

by creating account depending with your nationality status

NB: ebusiness has nothing to do with dissolution.

For Kenyan citizen creating account looks as below image

3. After successful account creation, login

4. Click on make application

5. Company Registration

6. Strike off of Company.

7. Apply Now

8. Then fill in information on the provided template

Attach certificate of incorporation

9. Submit to make payments

Get to download and print the CR 18 and 19 for directors signatures

Upload/reattach the signed forms

10. Submit for approval.

11. Submitted file looks as below
